Once in a while I buy two broccoli and make a big salad that can last a couple of days . Peas are a great add on. If you did not know that peas are a great with broccoli salad, it’s time to try it out. It turned out to be very filling.

How I made the Broccoli Salad.

I used my Broccoli Salad recipe as a guide. Then I took a 1/2 package of frozen peas, zapped them in the microwave for 1 min to defrost. Seasoned with butter, salt and pepper. I then chopped up some radishes, banana peppers, dill peppers and garnished the salad.

A dab of butter makes these peas melt in your mouth.

Did not forget to add some sunflower seeds. Crunchy and delicious!

This salad was so big that it was enough to go with several meals throughout the week.

Also, you could make a simple pea and radish salad like this one here.
